Research Interests:
I am primarily interested optical imaging, including bioluminescent imaging, fluorescent imaging, photomacroscopy. I am also interested in bioluminescent imaging to track stem cells from initial inoculation to growth in a particular organ in mice. Image fusion with varying modalities (ie., merging bioluminescent images with photography or even planar x-ray) has become an exciting addition to small animal imaging.
